[Error][MyBatis]Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

👉 XML 선언문(<?xml ... ?>)이 파일 맨 처음에 있지 않을 때 발생한다.

파일 맨 앞에 보이지 않는 문자(BOM / 공백 / 줄바꿈) 있음 (가장 흔함)

MyBatis XML은 진짜 1바이트도 허용 안 함.
